IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Create and update service documentation for global affiliates for medical blood analysis systems and system related products
-Write and update service and interface manuals in English for medical instruments and software
-Independently collect information required to produce the documents
-Cooperate closely with documentation managers, project teams and subject matter experts
-Organise documentation reviews authored by subject matter experts, and implements their input
-Ensure that quality targets, timelines, and regulatory requirements are taken into account
-Technical writing and contribution to frequent discussions aimed at the continuous improvement of processes and guidelines

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Education/degree as a mechanical engineer or related education
-Explicit analytical skills and detail-oriented skills
-Experience with Adobe Framemaker are of advantage
-Proven experience in supporting HW and SW is an asset
-Excellent communication skills, especially in English, are essential
-Experience in laboratory diagnostics and/or service & support are an additional asset
-Technical writing skills are desired
