Technical Director

We are looking for a talented Technical Director who is looking for a next challenge in their career and is ready to develop and lead the team of developers in the right direction.

This is a hands on position and technical skills and knowledge is essential.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE:

- Expert knowledge in HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
- Ajax, JSON, Adobe creative suite, Photoshop
- Good knowledge of UI/UX
- High-level code design, dependencies, standards and maintenance
- Cross-Browser Development
- MS SQL/Postgres/MySQL
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Previous agency experience
- Strong coding capabilities as the person will need to be hands on.
- Project Management skills as they will be required to Plan and coordinate timeline and expectations with client and from within the business from beginning to end.
- Budgeting knowledge
- Managing capabilities to ensure consistent direction and mentoring is provided to grow and develop the technical team.
- Business/sales acumen to ensure they are able to liaise with clients and assist the business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The right candidate will be provided a competitive salary commensurate with the position along with KPI bonuses based on Timeline and budget requirements. There is the potential to become an equity partner down the track.
