This role requires someone with a digital background, ideally who has worked in an agency before but who is client facing and happy to be based on client site. You will have worked as producer on large scale web builds previously and have an appreciation of the software development life cycle but you do not have to be technical. Any experience of self-service systems for consumers will be extremely beneficial but is not essential.
