TECHNICAL DEVICES SPECIALIST - BANKING
Recruiting for an experienced 2ND/3RD LEVEL SUPPORT person with experience in card based devices for banking. You will be responsible for working with clients to troubleshoot any technical issues based around these devices.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with CARD BASED DEVICES within the banking sector or similar
- Experience providing 2ND/3RD LEVEL SUPPORT for devices and associated infrastructures
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to deal with both internal & external clients contacts
- Exposure/experience in Project Management & Testing
