Technical Development Lead MS Technologies .Net, C#, SQL upto 450 per day

The Technical Development Lead will have responsibility for the Software Development Support team, ensuring projects delivered to time/budget, defining strategic Roadmap, establish agreed standards, review programming methods, prepare plans (project quality), allocate work, and help establish the development plan.

The Technical Development Lead will have strong technical skills including .NET framework, XML or HTML, Visual Studio 2008/2010. You will also need a broad range of other technologies from ASP, VB6, VBscript, CSS, XSL, Javascript, SQL, C Sharepoint,

The Technical Development Lead will have experience of designing software solutions, have a broad knowledge of IT security best practise, follow best standards eg Agile, RAD, Waterfall, ISO 9000 for quality.

The Technical Development Lead will have experience of design, coding on large complex projects, reviewing methods technical diagramsand experience of line management/staff development in a technical team, including planning allocating work.

Technical skills required
A broad range of technical skills is reuired predominantly from the Microsoft set.
Must have .NET and C# skills.
Plus at least 3 fromASP, Java, VB^, VBscript, XML, HTML, CSS, XSL, C, Sharepoint
