Technical Development Architect

Tasks:
*Deliver Support/contribute to prototypes
*Technical architecture
*Review HLD provided by supplier on big/complex projects
*Review code delivered or being delivered to avoid release of incorrect or inefficient deliverables
*Support BS/RBS with ARM/DRM
*Check accuracy of development cost estimates (at work order phase or after delivery)
*Contribute to sustain the estimation models and metrics
*Monitor services Key Performance Indicators (the technical ones), Raise awareness on deviations, propose, initiate and/or conduct drive transversal areas of improvement.
*Manage resolution of escalations related to technical implementation of developments (incl. triggered from Service Review)
*Industrialise new development Technology:
*Collaborate with ATEC in definition and maintenance of related development standards
*Be the bridge between ATEC (or any technical design team) and relay technology innovation (incl. cascade information/KT) to business partners
*Continuous Improvement in Quality of Applications:
*Contributes to root cause analysis and conduct/contribute to focused improvement initiatives (GSTD or more consistent DMAIC projects) in technology related area
*Proactively suggest areas of improvements to be converted in Focused Improvement initiatives ( to be taken by the Supplier or within the service line)

Requirements:
*Expert Technical Architect non-SAP, Microsoft:
*.NET Framework knowledge and work experience
*MS SQL knowledge
*HTML, JavaScript, CSS3
*ASP.NET MVC
*MS Azure and good knowledge and understanding of Web Service API
*C#, XAML
*XML, Java
*Experience of working in a context of partially or totally outsources development services
*Used to work in "consultancy" mode without delivery responsibility
*Resolution of problems in complex and heterogeneous environment without hierarchical relationships (supplier teams, GBS service recipients and other stakeholders)
