We are looking for a Technical Design Authority Consultant to work for our Telco client in Berkshire, the Technical Design Authority consultant should have some sort of Oracle background and understand the need for a design billing solution for Marketing services and propositions. It would be great if the Technical Design Authority has Oracle BRM and they should be able to present solution options, own design decisions and articulate business impact. The Technical Design Authority should be able to influence and support Marketing regarding how the system can deliver their targeted propositions using best practice and out of the box capabilities whilst ensuring a simply brilliant customer experience, you should support the Delivery team as required to ensure timely deployment and delivery within the agreed timelines and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
