Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Technical Delivery Manager to join their client in Brussels.
Important technologies:
- Maven
- Weblogic
- DB
- SOA/ESB (nice to have)
The objective will be to assist the IT Unit in its overall goal to provide a modern IT infrastructure to users in compliance with recommendations and IT services, by specifically supporting the daily OTSS team activities related to SFC information system [1] but also WAVE and other Legacy systems including planning, definition of tasks, review of service level, quality control, risk analysis, call handling status and escalation, status reports, problem reporting and organisation definition.
He/she would report to the head of the Development and Operations sector.
- Software configuration management;
- Build and continuous integration;
- Establishment and maintenance of procedures related to deployment of information systems;
- Management of development infrastructure (e.g. application servers);
- Release management and controls;
- Monitor IS in all environments, establish metrics and take actions in case of deviation from expected results;
- Analysis of IS performances;
- Proactively inquire Data Centre to ensure the applications are always healthy and their configurations consistent across the environments;
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system;
- Writing of technical documentation;
