As part of our continued growth, Ntegra is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager within the Project Management team.
ROLE PROFILE
An exciting opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager for our client a Global Telco in Dublin Ireland.
Our ideal candidate will be transitioning from Technical Specialist into a Technical Delivery/Project Manager role. You will have a good understanding of the whole IT infrastructure delivery from Networks through to server hardware and virtual environments.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements from customers and supporting the completion of Demand submissions, co-ordinating the infrastructure design to meet the requirement, management of the build process and deployment of the network, SAN/NAS, Database and Firewalls changes to support the deliver through to Quality Assurance of the Infrastructure before hand over to Project and supporting the integration of the Project Application delivery and testing to the various support teams.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Understanding of the Infrastructure build life cycle
- Experience in managing customers and stakeholders
- Management and analysis of issues, risks and mitigating actions
- Management of project milestones
- Management/Co-Ordination of server build teams
- Submission of Firewall rules
- Conducting project kick-off meetings
- Producing/managing project plans to ensure all deliverables are met
- Ensures accurate project reporting is available for the PMO and customers.
- Knowledge of Multi-Layer architecture
