Technical Delivery Manager

Must be a senior or lead level developer who has experience coordinating and driving small local and offshore teams. The job entails a blend of requirement clarification, technical design documentation, project planning, tracking sheets, dashboards, developing, managing developer tasks, code reviews, and QA efforts.

This candidate must have:

- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- 7+ years of Java development, J2EE, MVC, Hibernate, Javascript, JSP
- Work with Product and Project leadership to plan, schedule track work.
- The ability to work with multiple groups and individuals to facilitate requirements, then communicate those requirements to the team, allocate tasks, then monitor their progress, keep them on track, answer their questions, remove their blockers, and test the quality of their deliverables.
- The ability to be flexible and multi-task.
- The ability to be in the office every day by 8am for a conference call with the offshore team.
- Enterprise Portal experience is a big plus but not required; Liferay a big plus
- Lead 4-6 offshore developers
