Technical Delivery Manager

Main Responsibilities are: Solving Technical Delivery Issues
- Co-ordinating the people involved in services delivery, this will encompass the daily requirements including the following. Multiple Rigging Teams and Commissioning Engineers.
- Familiar with Ericsson or NSN base station rollout, upgrades, deployment essential.
- Accountable for delivering products and services.
- Continuous Project Management Planning and implementation of the Project Management Plan.
- Scheduling, forecasting and progress tracking.
- Controlling and optimising services delivery performance (operational KPIs ie SLA, time, scope, quality)
- Allocate work to field staff and order the required equipment in a timely and efficient fashion.
- Your main objectives will be to ensure that all jobs are fully prepared, all aspects regarding materials and equipment are supplied to the field staff.
- All euipment, and materials are logged for billing.
- You will be responsible for sorting out all technical difficulties when requested.
- You will have to solve or escalate any practical difficulties encountered.
- Part of the role will be to ensure swift and efficient swap out of existing operational Ericsson and NSN base stations, these will be replaced with new 2G/3G equipment. Outage times must be kept to a minimum.
- Deployment of cherry picker, cranes and hiab etc must be used only in the most cost effective manner.
