For our client, a global R&D Chip Provider we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Manager (m/f) on a freelance basis for Munich (f/m)

Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 6 Months (up to 2 year project)
Location: Munich
Languages: English

Tasks:
* First line worldwide technical customer support for Intel uCPE Products with focus on WAN Interfaces/Modems for Copper (DSL, G.Fast) and Fibre (PON).
* Analysis of reported technical customer issues. Issue solving in close cooperation with internal R&D and global support teams.
* Design-In support for top customer projects. Technical support for opportunity development, promotion and qualification. Individual customer requirements engineering, support coordination, issues tracking and status reporting.
* Technical trainings, customer demos and presentations.
* Main technical interface for selected key customers and strategic partners.

Skills:
* Experience with Communication Systems, especially CPEs / Home Gateways, Network Processor and IP Technologies - Cisco Network knowledge beneficial.
* Expertise in DSL and Fiber/PON desired.
* Experience would be nice to have in measurement techniques (Spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, GHz-oscilloscope, BERT, Protocol Tester), but not required.
* Independent working style with strong ability to work in a global Team.
* Strong customer orientation
* At least 5 years working experience.

Languages:
Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in German and English
