THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Detail Oriented
- Familiar with FTP file transfers, XML, HTML, and JavaScript (able to read)
- Customer Service Skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide general support for iContent team, which provides premium services for Learning Management Systems (LMS) customers.
- We allow customers to outsource the following content management tasks:
- Deploy eLearning content to our content severs
- Configure eLearning content in the customer's LMS environment
- Test the eLearning content as an end-user in the customer's LMS environment
- Troubleshoot issues and provide content-related support
- Provide ongoing support of customer applications during deployment, set up, testing, and troubleshooting
- Read existing scripts to solve issues and perform file transfers (FTP)
- Perform Data Entry and Customer Service tasks for multiple customer issue in ticket queue
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow process
- Customer Service skills
- Experience with HTML, XML - Need to be able to read and understand, not program
- Experience with FTP file transfers
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
- Working knowledge of the AICC and SCORM learning standards
