Technical Customer Service Rep

We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative for a 2 months contract position in Orlando, FL to provide the following: 

- Provide customer service information and ensure the best technical service possible 
- Answers customer's technical questions concerning packaging machinery 
- Receive and process parts orders for packaging machinery 
- Schedule and coordinate Service Technicians 
- Service billing 

SKILLS: 

- Intermediate Excel--most work is done in Excel and candidates will need to have intermediate proficiency and be able to work independently in the program. 
- Manufacturing environment strongly preferred to provide a basis of operational understanding. 

3-5 years customer service experience required. Account management skills are a plus and would be preferred over call-center experience. Insurance or financial customer service experience may not align well with the requirements as this position requires technical aptitude and full-cycle troubleshooting.  - Strong technical aptitude required. Candidates must be comfortable with learning about and discussing machinery. Must possess strong communication skills as this person could be troubleshooting machinery with end users. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency are a must in this department. Excellent phone etiquette is also required. 
- Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm. Business Casual environment.
