Technical - CSA Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Project Manager/Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Manager to join a multi-national pharmaceutical organisation on a long term freelance contract position based in Singapore on a large scale Greenfield biotech construction project.

This individual will be responsible from design up to the point when the process equipment will be installed and responsibilities will include:

. Budgetary responsibility of circa $160 million
. Develop Architectural/Civil scopes of work and tender documents.
. Develop Architectural/Civil installation drawings.
. Ensure all project work undertaken is reflected accurately in up to date engineering/project information files and drawings.
. Ensure all documentation meets validation requirements.
. Take part in design reviews and HAZOP reviews of project designs.
. Design and construction responsibility for CSA/HVAC/Electrical/Building

Key skills required:

. Technical qualifications to third level or equivalent in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
. Good knowledge of GMP, safety and environmental regulatory compliance.
. Previous experience of similar role for large scale pharmaceutical/biotechnology greenfield construction project
. Be fully proficient for AutoCAD and its procedures.
. Ideally located in Singapore or Asia Pacific (not essential)
