BACKGROUND:
The Middleware
As a Technical Coordinator/Project Manager you will give technical guidance to subject matter experts in the team with the help and approval of the Technical Domain Owner and Team Leader. You will also liaise with Operational and Infrastructure teams.
In addition, you follow up the diverse projects the team is involved in.
- Experience in team management;
- Experience with Continuous Improvement (LEAN methodology), influence the adaptation of the Lean' principles within the team is a plus;
- Practical experience in project leading, as well a good overall technical expertise in a complex environment. Experience in planning, controlling and monitoring projects and execution is an asset.
- Experience in web security technologies is a plus, quickly acquire production processes of the bank's technical environment;
- Experience in technical coordination, negotiation and decision making;
LANGUAGE: English.
