Technical Coordinator/Lead Job

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR/LEAD needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Good communication- comfortable in customer-facing role
- Familiarity with Infrastructure Architecture

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Seeking technical coordinator/lead role for a large Customer facing project.
- Candidate will perform the following roles for a technical environments team:
- Interface with a number of technical departments that require liaison and project resource oversight from a technical coordinator
- Supervise and coordinate the activities and operations of the project environment team to ensure that tasks are being completed on schedule
- Responsible for establishing technical reporting for every task assigned to the environment team, including preparing and presenting a weekly status report
- Work closely with other tower leads to ensure all project needs are being met.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience with infrastructure architecture (Inclusive of operating environments, computer networking, virtualization and inter-networking)
- Microsoft certification and other related infrastructure certification a plus
- Strong people skills
- Able to lead a small team of individuals and prioritize their work
- Strong communicator both orally and written
- Knowledge of project delivery methodology
