Position Title: Technical Coordinator
Role Summary:
The Technical Coordinator is responsible for supporting the TAM Program and projects in raising and managing Change Requests and Service Requests. This includes the receipt, Q.A., validation, execution, and closure of requests, as well as providing an interface to the clients and status updates on a regular basis. To ensure successful delivery the requests must be monitored and managed, all in collaboration with the Operational Support and Business teams. This role helps to ensure the requests are completed within agreed timescales and meet customer satisfaction objectives.
Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:
Working with Change Management to ensure requests are processed efficiently and effectively
Creation of Requests via GCM and SR
Technical Coordinators within the bank raise the necessary paperwork and tickets and the PM, then takes ownership of the requests and manages this through its life cycle.
Organise and support project meetings as directed by the Project Manager
Management of the GCM including chasing approvals from all involved parties
Creation of change requests and working with the business to agree dates and times
Support the weekly production of reporting tasks as directed by the Project Manager
Support and coordination of tasks with the Service Ops and business teams as required.
Liaison with Service Ops technical teams (internal/external) to ensure that services are provided in accordance with agreed service level offerings/agreements and service targets.
Supporting the TAM Project Manager in managing customer issues and escalations relating to Onboarding to TAM Platforms.
