IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Assist and support the customer in performing test activities
-In case of problems, collect information and material (log files) to allow the remote delivery team to reproduce the problem
-Act as escalation point for the testing and deployment teams for all W10 Image related issues (before, during and post rollout)
-Work with customer to add new platforms & technologies into catalogue related to Windows 10 project
-Perform follow-up on technical duties for PC platforms, including testing of proposed technical solutions approved by customer and document the resolution process
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Technical knowledge on Windows10 installation and deployment
-Ability to run test, collect and document error and issues
-Strong communication skills
-Good English language skills
