Technical Consultant - Siebel, SQL and Agile

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Technical Consultant - Siebel, SQL and Agile to be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Our client who is based in Amsterdam, wants to change several functionalities in their current system that talks to Siebel. Furthermore, their client service processes on the B2B side are growing rapidly. They are looking for a Technical Consultant who can read data, make requirements and who is skilled enough to analyze the process with a helicopter view.

Skills needed:
- At least 4 years' experience with Siebel (Must Have);
- Must be able to understands data model (Business Components, Tables), must be able to review existing configuration (workflows, escript, tools) and understand what is going on
- Can write eScript
- Can write SQL
- Can write PL/SQL (packages, procedures)
- Must have experience designing/developing interfaces (XML, JSON)
- Has architecture experience (nice to have)

Non-Technical
- Is a real analyst
- Experience working in the Energy Sector (understands EANs, Meters, Move In, Move out );
- Can speak to users to understand requirements and map to technical solutions (Must have);
- Experience releasing software to production involving many systems (and complex procedures);
- Experience working in an agile manner (certified nice to have).
