Technical Consultant - Agile, Scrum - (Copenhagen)

We are a leading name in Professional Services, seeking an accomplished Management Consultant or Engagement Principal to help take an existing and high profile client to the next stage of their performance improvement programme. You will engage with our client to help shape the transformation project using agile and Lean philosophies, whilst identifying and building opportunities to accelerate the successful rollout of change.

The Principal Engagement Lead will be expected to:
- Develop strong relationships with clients at varying levels;
- Managing and leading our onsite team, comprising of Management Consultants;
- Manage and facilitate the change programme;
- Inspire change by presenting the benefits effectively, whilst supporting those around you;
- Utilise the latest thinking from agile, lean, design and systems thinking to drive IT change initiatives;
- And anticipate risks, issues and opportunities, escalating them accordingly.

Applicants will ideally be able to demonstrate expertise or knowledge in the following areas:
- Management consulting;
- Leading client, vendor and 3rd party relationship building;
- Large scale enterprise change projects
- Show demonstrable team leadership abilities, strong presentation skills and professional maturity;
- And be skilled in one or more agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban, XP, Scrum, TDD, CI) and how they can be applied in a product development/programme delivery environment.

A specialism in Business Analysis, Architect or a technical background with experience in a full software development life cycle and SOA environment, with exposure to a wide array of technologies, development languages and testing tools, is also required.

A strategic and highly anticipated principal engagement opportunity, will see you help shape an organisations business & IT functions without compromising on quality, illustrating your excellent interpersonal skills and flare for presentation writing.
