IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Timely complaint investigation and reporting
-Compile complaint results and create reports and metrics
-Reproducing errors on different platforms and device configurations
-Root cause analysis and incident investigation of software issues
-Transfer to and clarify investigation results with the development team and cross functional departments
-Develop internal complaints knowledge database
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Work experience with Software / mobile applications in particular iOS apps
-Understanding of system changes (iOS or HW) and impact on Apps
-Work experience in diagnostics and log files e.g. crash and analytic tools
-Work experience in Medical Device Industry
-Strong German and English communication skills
-Understanding of Medical Devices regulatory requirements
