6 MONTH CONTRACT - READING - (£100 - £115) DAY RATE.

Leading insurance provider has multiple opportunities for a Technical Coach with a strong financial background.

The Technical Coach will support their Customer Service Executive and Customer Service Telephone executive population in both attaining and maintaining competence, through designing and delivering appropriate training interventions and coaching.

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS 

- Experience of coaching, training design and training delivery
- Experience of working in a complex service environment, preferably within Financial Services knowledge
- Understanding of project life cycle, and protocol, and ability to represent area on wider projects, bringing the right level of both operational and technical expertise
- Understanding of the Statements of Principle and Code of Practice
- Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
- Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors
- Detailed knowledge of Prudential products, systems and distribution methods, relevant to team/area,
- sufficient enough that the role holder is able to act as a 'super-user'

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- CF1 and/or FA1/FA2 qualified, depending on business area, or working towards (must complete within 18 months of appointment to continue to act as an Overseer)
