IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage sourcing activities within our Global Category Capex which is responsible for all kind of investment projects for all Germany based BI business units
-HVAC systems Compressors and process, including HVAC systems, fire sprinkler systems, compressed air, media supply, chillers, cooling towers, process piping, heat exchangers, valves, fittings, pumps
-Development and implementation of category strategies as well as respective sourcing projects that lead to secure supply and significant cost savings
-Management of supplier relationships
-Driving supplier development and supplier improvement
-Establish, improve and optimize business processes related to spend and demand analysis, supplier management and market intelligence in close collaboration with GBSC source to pay and business partners
-Ensure continuity of supply and address re-occurring supplier performance issues
-Ensure compliance with the Corporate Purchasing policy
-
-Contribution to overall supplier performance measurement for suppliers providing materials for commercial BI products, lead supplier business reviews, drive supplier development and improvement

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Master degree in economics, engineering or science
-Work experience in strategic sourcing
-International exposure in daily business
-Broad knowledge of German civil code
-Deep market knowledge and expertise is market Intelligence tools as well as demonstrated supplier relationship management expertise
-Profound work experience in contract negotiations and CDAs development
-Excellent communication, mediation, influencing and conflict resolution skills
-Team builder with collaborative aptitude and mind set with the ability to take on a leading role when appropriate
-Excellent command of the English language
