Technical Business/Data Analyst - Compliance IT

Main Duties: * Be responsible for detailed, high-quality business/functional documentation which meets the needs of the various project stakeholders as well as work closely with the Project Manager on establishing a project plan. Prepare data/process flow diagrams for the end to end requirements. * Act as a liaison between Compliance business users, IT developers and production support staff during project/initiative development and implementation and post-implementation in the form of day-to-day support of Compliance surveillance applications and related business processes. * Create data mapping and technical specification documents to source data from upstream systems and map data to Actimize models. * Analyse payment, trade, and account reference data from upstream systems for data completeness and correctness. * Source new data feeds and map them into existing infrastructure and surveillance platforms. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree * 5+ years of business analysis (requirements gathering and validation, specification development, data analysis, test design and execution) using clear structured and organized methodologies. * 5+ years technical knowledge with SQL with the ability to independently write and perform complex queries and analyze data * 3+ years experience of working in detail with Compliance or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes * Actimize experience as a plus. * Strong knowledge in writing test cases, test plans, and execution of test cases using SQL queries, if required.
