IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support Project Management / Template Design Team
-Compile an overview of relevant information to be integrated into the new HCP ToV IT-solution
-Design a harmonized approach to comply with the relevant legislation and define possible solutions for cases local deviations
-Definition of requirements for the HCP ToV IT-solution
-Execute a gap-analysis between required and existing solution already implemented in system landscape
-Identify necessary IT adjustments and accompany its implementation
-Design and prepare stakeholder communication
-Identify necessary process changes and support the development of a change management program
-Design a local reporting format for future
-Project management support for project management team, e.g. periodic status reporting, Time, cost and resource management
-Support the roll-out teams
-Review of gaps related to local legislation determined within fit-gap workshops performed by roll-out team
-Performing fit-gap workshops for up to 4 pilot countries
-Develop in collaboration with rollout team a standard procedure
