Technical Business Analyst (Treasury) - Finance - Geneva

Our client in the finance industry seeks an experienced technical Business analyst with strong Treasury knowledge (Loan, Deposit, Credit) to assist in the implementation of a new funding model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform data analysis, define and collect business requirements in collaboration with business partners and clients.
- Collaborate closely with development team as the business/functional counterpart in solution identification
- Support newly identified conceptual designs newly identified business solution options.
- Supports creation of business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions.
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies and estimates.
- Participate in the creation of Terms of Reference documents and other related materials for projects.
- Work with the business to design effective processes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Strong knowledge and experience within Treasury (Loan, Deposit and credit)
- Experience of Formal modelling techniques, including UML
- Strong data analysis and modelling experience, including SQL and databases
- Ability to write technical specifications for the development team.
- Broad knowledge of technology and an excellent understanding of how it impacts business
- Exposure to multiple methodologies from "Traditional" to Agile approaches, including SCRUM and more agile engineering
