Technical Business Analyst/Systems Analyst - IBM WCM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a system analyst you will drive improvement in the system analyst competency. Establish working relationships with business partners in order to provide solutions to meet user needs. An excellent understanding of WCM systems especially IBM products will be highly regarded.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Tertiary qualification in Information technology or a related discipline
- Experience with the IBM WCM system
- Business Analysis in technology projects
- Technical writing
- Agile
- Online domain experience
- Background in development would be preferred
- Working knowledge of relevant SDLC methodologies
- Web based application experience advantage
- Banking and Finance experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
