GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Strive to increase efficiency through problem solving and have a dynamic approach to working with people
- Have experience in querying using SQL AND EXPOSURE TO SQL QUERY
- Have QUALITY TESTING EXPERIENCE FOR NEW RELEASES AND VERSION UPGRADES
- STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS, UNDERSTANDING OF RELATIONAL DATABASES, DATA MINING, AND WAREHOUSING
- Ability to collate and present reports
- ABILITY TO ASK PROBING QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE THE DESIRED OUTCOMES FOR REPORT REQUESTS
- Excellent communication skills and able to converse with varying levels of         seniority and management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Have excellent people skills and be well presented and professional
- Take ownership of issues and work closely with users, stakeholders and management to define requirements and identify potential solutions
- Have experience with databases and/or data
- Have ability to do Process re-engineering and automation
- Have Advance Programming experience using VBA
- Have understanding and experience in OO programming
- Extract, manipulate data and reformat and present back to the business for effective decision making
- Work with a broad range of technologies VBA, SQL/SSRS, ACCESS AND SHAREPOINT
