KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role requires the elicitation and specification of business requirements. Due to the business changes there is a need to support the business in the impact analysis of change, offer solution definitions, and play a key role in supporting delivery of solutions through the SDLC, communicating across Technology. business customers and stakeholders. Your understanding of the superannuation domain is essential to supporting this team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a solid amount of experience within a superannuation organisation with a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or SME type position
- Good understanding of applications such as Compass needed
- Previous experience creating Systems Requirement specifications where multiple interface systems are involved
- Previous experience as a liaison between Technical resources and Business resources
- Strong stakeholder engagement, stakeholder "management" skills. Previous experience bringing stakeholders to the one view.
- Experience using a variety of methods to document requirements eg agile, user case/user stories.
- Proven experience in adopting a broad range of techniques to identify/elicit requirements.
- Proven track record working in a fast paced/creative, innovative work environment, where speed to market is key.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
