Technical Business Analyst - Sales Enablement Platforms

Act as technical business analyst in support of the Sales Enablement platform based on CallidusCloud Enablement (SaaS portal software for sales knowledge management). Elicit, document and manage requirements, serve as liaison with both business and SaaS vendor services team, provide administrative platform support, and coordinate maintenance release activities such as change verification and UAT activities.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDES:

- Act as Sales Enablement platform technical SME: Be the go-to-person for platform tool knowledge; Manage licenses; and Manage services contracts
- Provide some day-to-day Sales Enablement platform Admin support: Update home page tiles with vendor; Manage Home page containers; and Manage Global Sales/Field Operations news container
- Serve as Technical liaison: Stakeholders, end-users, and governance, content ops and strategy leads; Weekly support case review, issue managementand Review of Sales Enablement platform enhancement requests with business strategy/planning lead
- Technical support of maintenance releases: Small enhancements/approved projects; and Schedule/manage quarterly release for large projects

SKILLS:

1. Administrator skills with CallidusCloud (iCentera) or similar SaaS Knowledge Management Cloud Platform
2. Business Analyst - experienced - including ability to translate business requests into requirements for technical systems
3. HTML - intermediate level understanding with ability to create and test minor changes

- Knowledge of online analytics tools (eg Google Analytics) and ability to analyze online trends and report on site statistics and performance.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience minimum, MBA a plus.
