Our Public Sector client are recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst to work with Digital team members and teams within business area to develop technical specifications based on business requirements.
The successful candidate will work on the re-design of an existing Lotus Notes solution.
Candidates must possess:
A technical background
Experience of Technologies associated with the delivery of online solutions, such as Ruby on Rails
Have the ability to translate complex technical issues into plain English.
Experience of Business analysis and Business planning in a Public Sector organisation.
Experience of Managing Change.
All applicants must have Public Sector Experience.
