Technical Business Analyst/Infrastructure Business Analyst/Technical Analyst

Key experience required:

- Analysis of proposed system changes - stakeholder workshops, function & process review, business change analysis
- Business Case Development - extensive experience of producing formal business case documents, for infrastructure change, ideally including some or all of the following areas:
- Cloud computing (including cloud security), Infrastructure As A Service (IAAS), public cloud
- 3rd party supplier agreements (for infrastructure services, particularly data centre)
- Strong, high-level knowledge of IT infrastructure - no need to be hands-on still, but high-level knowledge of how it all fits together, principles of security etc will be required
- Large-scale corporate IT dept, ideally a mixture of in-house and 3rd party supply - particularly if there's an outsourced data centre

THE ROLE:

There are a number of proposed strategic changes to the firms' infrastructure estate for this year.  Sitting in the office of the CTO, working closely with technical architects, this person will be focussed on:

- Analysing proposed changes
- Developing business case documents for proposed strategic infrastructure changes
- Writing project initiation documentation
- Reviewing supplier proposals

Solid knowledge of modelling tools and techniques (business process modelling/swim lane diagrams, business event modelling, Visio etc) required.
