The role of Technical and Business Analyst (2 roles) is to work on a "Single Email Solution" that will consolidate three email systems into a unified email and calendaring solution. You will support the business in the Email Consolidation Project implementation through the effective engagement of key stakeholders. You'll work with the business units on documentation, change management, process workflows, UAT and training. You'll be a key point of contact between the business unit and Information Technology's Application Development Specialists.
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for the technical requirements and design by mapping common customer business problems to the end technology solutions. The Ideal candidate will have experience in design and implementing projects based on Microsoft technically using predominantly Exchange, Active Directory, SCCM and LDAP. The candidate will also have exceptional stakeholder management, engaging with internal technical leads and vendor services delivery teams.
The project is currently undertaking a tender, with the team working through the Tender Evaluation Assessment Plan. The Technical Business Analyst will provide input to the tender assessment process and assist IS technical team to work through the evaluation criteria, assessment and recommendation.

Key requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE PROVEN TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE INCLUDING ACTIVE DIRECTORY, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, GPO AND SCCM. EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT EXCHANGE (CERTIFICATION HIGHLY REGARDED) AND MIGRATION OF MAIL BOXES TO A NEW EXCHANGE SERVICES. KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT EXCHANGE POWERSHELL COMMANDS NEEDED TO MANAGE EXCHANGE FEATURES, ROLES, MAILBOXES, PERFORMANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING.
