The Technical Business Analyst is an important role in the agile delivery process, works closely with the business and technical teams, is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, and writes business and functional requirements documents. S/He understands business and ensures effective communications between business and technology players.

Responsibilities include performing feasibility analysis, defining project scope, and working with the team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate project functionality and priorities. The BA understands development processes and is very analytical with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, and negotiate project functionality and priorities.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
- Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- 1+ years of experience working with data analysis and trends
- 1+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst
- 3+ years of customer interfacing experience project oversight, customer presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous large retail experience a plus
- Experience with call centers a plus
- Must work onsite in Bentonville; remote work NOT an option
