Technical Business Analyst

We're hiring an experienced TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST to join our Product team.  The Product team is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the areas of Programme and Project Governance.  The Program and Project Governance Framework combines best practices with a set of Microsoft Office based solutions to help busy Program and Project Managers to monitor and control the Projects that they manage.  The solutions also interface with third party Project Management Systems as well as Microsoft SharePoint.

This role is client facing and the candidate will be involved in the full end to end implementation process; from pre-sales discovery to product rollout.  The candidate will also work closely with the Product Manager to help evolve and improve existing solutions in both functional and non-functional areas.

The appropriate candidate will have previous exposure to financial services, understand a Project Management Office function and have a broad range of skills including the following:

- Requirements gathering and documentation experience
- Functional Specification authoring
- Writing User Documentation
- Providing Demonstrations and Training
- Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
- Advanced MS Office user including Visio and Project
- SharePoint advanced user/administrator
- User Acceptance Testing
- Manual and Automated testing
- Datamodelling

Any skills and experience in the following would also be an advantage:

- VBA Programming
- SharePoint Designer
- UI/UX design principles
- Ipad visualization products such as Roambi
