Technical Business Analyst

One of my investment banking clients has an urgent opening for a Business Analyst/Developer acting as the contact between business and technology to obtain and define requirements. The position is part of a team of Developers/BA's who liaise closely with business-aligned IT groups as part of a global delivery team. Responsible for: - Functional requirements gathering in conjunction with Asset Class - Working group organization, execution, and minutes - Document creation, completion, and distribution - Assist with training and configuration of new users on the system. Essential exp: -Solid experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial services industry. -Exposure to Agile Project methodologies - including Waterfall and Agile. -Experience of co-ordinating multiple globally-distributed groups. - Market data knowledge. - Experience in assisting the delivery of projects globally across a number of asset classes.
