Technical Business Analyst/.NET Developer

TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST/.NET DEVELOPER

3 MONTHS+ CONTRACT

The business analyst will work to produce a business case, software requirements/specifications, and a prototype corresponding to a solution for a recently announced Web Distributed Labeling process. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Elicitation of requirements
- Management and documentation of requirements
- Development of mock-ups of user interfaces (focus on reporting and querying)
- Experience with development of prototypes using Microsoft Access
- Analysis of requirements, including
- Development of requirement models,
- Development of data models and data flow diagrams
- Specification of requirements, including development of software requirements specification
- Validation of requirements
- Relational database design and development
- Expertise in design, development and implementation of SQL queries
- Knowledge, skills, and experience with Microsoft Access as a prototype tool
- Microsoft ASP.NET development skills and experience
- Experience with object-oriented design and development in the Microsoft .NET environment
- Microsoft Office products and Adobe PDF files.
- Experience with software to automatically generate electronic documents, include Microsoft Office-compatible files and PDF files, using database source material.
- Experience working in health care with FDA-regulated product labels

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- Work experience in life science industry
- Experience working with health care or crop science product labels
- Design, development, implementation, and operation of computer systems in a regulated environment
- Work experience with bar code scanning technology
