IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Cover technical (IT) and functional responsibilities around client on-boarding and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
-Analyse clients' documents and proceed the client on-boarding (KYC, Mifid analysis)
-Parametrize functionalities to execute and implement business solutions (hands-on on Avaloq)
-Actively manage client relationship by communicating regularly and providing business process and re-engineering support to the client
-Participate in the test phase of the new IT functionalities
-Constant exchange with users and ensure their requirements are met
-Provide technical support and user assistance
-Enter PL-SQL queries
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University Degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering/Mathematics
-Knowledge and experience in PL/SQL programming
-Working experience and knowledge of Avaloq
-Teamwork ability and strong communication skills
-Fluent in English / Italian or German a plus
