Our award-winning technology client is looking for a contract technical author to write a range of user guides to support their various internal software systems. You will work as part of an initiative to improve the current user help available to our client's staff and will help them to get the best out of their systems.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Solid experience of writing IT user guides.
- Excellent MS Word and Adobe Acrobat skills.
- The ability to quickly learn and document systems unfamiliar to you.
- Good communication skills.
Experience of any of the following would be advantageous: Knowledge of building IT systems; web language skills eg HTML, CSS; SharePoint skills.
This is an initial three month contract.
