Technical Author / Cards & Payments / LondonThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading financial working on an exciting greenfield programme.Role to include:Gain familiarity with the departmental structure, products and card payments.Attend team meetings, reviews, project meetings as necessary.Work with the rest of the team, sharing other work as and when required Create and maintain technical, business and process documentation Work closely with the Development, Application Support, Project Management to understand documentation requirementsWork with SMEs to understand technical details of the functionality to be documentedUpdate and maintain existing documents e.g. user guides, specifications, program descriptions, XSDs etc. as per release schedules. Create a variety of documents as required by different customers and project teamsArrange reviews by SMEs and incorporate correctionsManage document release procedure in conjunction with software release schedulesCreate process documents for internal customer use when required.
