Our blue chip client is looking for an experienced business process and procedures technical author to write a range of operational documentation for customer-facing staff. As part of a team of writers, you will work closely with subject matter experts to transform existing material by applying structured writing principles.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Proven experience as a business process and procedures technical author.
- Experience of heavy duty structuring of complex content.
- Good MS Word skills.
This is an initial three month contract, with extensions likely.
