A well established and growing organisation in Birmingham is looking for an experienced technical author initially for a 3 month contract. The role involves putting together customer facing guides, writing API and Web Services Documents.
The following skills are required:
Must have experience of writing API Documentation and Web Services Documentation.
Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Delivery focused and able to work with minimal supervision, individually and as part of a team.
Expert in translating highly technical concepts into clear and simple English for a non-technical audience
Ability to develop relationships across different business areas
Strong process orientation in approach to work
A strong and confident personality to be able to work in a fast paced environment
