An opportunity has arisen to join the IT and Media Services (ITMS) Directorate. You will be working with the CSM Programme at an exciting time of investment and modernisation at DMU.

Communicating technical information about IT products and services in easy understandable language; you will responsible for the information that goes to make up: User guides for software applications, reference and instruction manuals for support, training guides and online help incorporated into software.

You will establish an understanding of the technical products or applications and then design and write documentation to explain it to users. In addition you will provide this information in various forms; including software demos and interactive tutorials, using video, illustrations and graphics.

You must be able to demonstrate: Good communication skills and an ability to present clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an often pressured, high profile environment.
