Projektbeschreibung
Our leading IT services software client is looking for a technical author to join its product development team. You will be required to produce system documentation including user help, release notes, installation guides, operation, maintenance and repair manuals, tutorials and specifications for major releases. This contract requires someone to ideally start on or before Monday 17th February.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- At least one year's experience as a technical author in a software development environment.
- Good MS Word skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of HTML and CSS.
- The ability to pick up new technology quickly.
Any knowledge/experience with DITA topic based help and/or MadCap Flare would be advantageous.
