ABOUT THE ROLE:
The primary responsibilities of the Technical Author will be to:
- Drive the development of a documentation framework for project implementation methodology
- Converting existing documentation templates into a new format, according to defined framework
- Manage and update common documentation storage
- Provide guidance and hands-on support to pilot project users
KEY SKILLS:
- Good skill in MS Office 2010 Suite
- Experience with writing Macros and basic VBA
- Good communication skills
- Service oriented
- English speaking
