Our client a leading Financial Services organisation are currently looking to recruit a strong Technical Author, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of clear technical and business internal and external documentation for system and service technical publications.
Key responsibilities - - Identify and manage documentation requirements.
- Deliver service documentation in line with business requirements.
- Produce and deliver required documentation (Systems & Service Guides, Service descriptions, Technical letters, policy and process documentation).
- Documentation control.
- Hold reviews and carry out appropriate reporting.
- Strong Technical Writing skill's.
- Familiarity with capturing screenshots, creating and editing graphics.
- MS Word, Adobe and Acrobat.
