Technical Auditor - ADSL/Fix Services
Our Client is looking for Technical Auditor for ADSL/Fix Services sought for high profile. It is essential the candidate have at least 8 years of experience in Telecom and in-depth understanding of ADSL/Fix Services. The ability to deliver on time and in budget is essential. Customer interfacing and reporting skills are of primary importance.
The technical auditor will be responsible to audit the QoS of ASDL/Fix services by analysing data collected from Telco operators Network Operation Center (NOC), Trouble Tickets (TT), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems and put the findings in an audit report with list of recommendation. In addition the technical auditor is responsible to document the audit process in a form of manual and provide Knowledge Transfer to the customer's representative during the project execution.
Ideally qualified to Bachelor Degree in IT, Telecommunication Engineering and/or postgraduate qualifications in Project Management
Starting: First week of April 2013
Contract duration: 3.5 month
Preferred nationality: America, Europe, Lebanon, Malaysia, Indonesia (since they can get visa on arrival)
Location: Oman
