TECHNICAL ARTIST needed for CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, WA

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Automation Tools
- Content Pipelines
- Asset Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design and implement simple, fast, elegant data driven content creation pipelines
- Implement/maintain game wide pipelines collaborating with engineering on implementation
- Support the content creation teams with tools, workflow, and pipelines to aid generation and implementation
- Create tools and scripts to assist the artists in their workflow.
- Works with pipeline and rendering programmers to implement systems
- Create tools and scripts to assist the artists in their workflow

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have five to seven (5-7) plus years of experience in video games, film/television or equivalent.
- At least three (3) plus years as a Technical Artist.
- Proven track record of continuously improving content pipelines
- Understanding of data driven art content pipelines.
- Understanding of lighting and shading.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Unreal Engine or equivalent is a huge plus.
- Experience creating environment art
- Experience using Maya
