Technical Architect - Texas

Technical Architect (Telco) is required by Global Consultancy to join them on a 12 month contract based in Texas, USA.
Able to identify architecture system transformation impacts.
Lead solution teams and provide consultation for implementing the system transformation solutions and bring them to closure.
Identify and propose Solution architecture for big transformation projects.
Propose best practices in implementing Telco transformation projects.
Liaise with Telco customers, and understand and propose the best possible solutions to suit the Telcos needs.
Identify issues beforehand, and propose workarounds to Program Management. Work in liaison with Program Management and other stakeholders of the projects.
BSS/OSS Experience with special emphasis on Billing Domain Functions & Architecture.
Expertise on one or more Telco Industry Billing Packages. CSG - Singl.eView experience.
Experience in all Telco Billing modules viz., pricing, rating, discounting, taxation, invoicing, bill presentation etc
There will be some travel involved.
